You get 14 days with every feature and up to 10 users. No card is needed. A few days before the end we remind you; if you do nothing, your account becomes read-only and nothing is deleted.
By card through Stripe, monthly or once a year (annual plans cost ten months, so two months are free), from the Licence page inside Field Suite. If you prefer an invoice and a bank transfer, ask us and we send you a licence code to enter in the same page.
On Pro we help you move your customers, sites, equipment and open work across and set up your team. It is free on annual plans and a one-off fee on monthly plans, shown before you pay.
Stripe tries again and we tell the owner of the account. You keep working for 7 days. After that the account becomes read-only until the payment goes through: your records are always there, you just cannot add new work.
No. An engineer who works from the phone has a cheaper licence, and modules used only in the office (quotes and invoices, servicing and contracts, reports, stock) are charged only for office users. A business of one pays for one.
Yes, any time, from the Licence page. The change is made straight away and the price is adjusted on your next monthly payment.
No. Card payments go through your own Stripe account and Direct Debit through your own GoCardless account, so the money goes straight to you. Field Suite never holds it and takes no cut.
Yes, on Pro. Small changes that would help every customer we may simply add to Field Suite at no charge. Work only your business needs is quoted at a fixed price before we start.
No. Prices are per month, plus VAT at the current rate.
No. They sign in on their phone’s browser, on iPhone or Android, and each has a cheaper engineer licence.
Only the people in your business, with the role you give them. Records of different businesses are always kept apart. Your data is stored on UK servers and you can ask for a copy at any time.
Yes. Card plans stop at the end of the month you have paid for. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
