This page explains what happens to the email address you give us on this site. Last updated 4 November 2026.

Who we are

Field Suite is a product of WE-DEV LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, which is responsible for your data. Contact: hello@fieldsuiteapp.com.

What we keep and why

Only the email address you type, the time you signed up and the wording you agreed to. We use it for one thing: to tell you when Field Suite launches. This is based on your consent.

How long

Until launch, then for 12 months at most, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Who sees it

Nobody outside our team. It is stored on our own server in the United Kingdom and never sold or shared.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your email at any time by writing to hello@fieldsuiteapp.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
